    Abstract: A power harness includes a plug housing holding a power contact and a busbar received in a chamber of the plug housing. The power contact has a mating portion having a separable mating interface configured to be plugged into a header contact stack of header contacts of the header connector when mated with the header connector. The busbar is welded to a weld pad at a terminating portion of the power contact. A threaded bolt passes through the plug housing configured to be threadably coupled to a threaded connector of the header connector to secure the plug housing to the header connector.

    Abstract: A contactor includes a housing defining a cavity. The contactor includes a switch assembly received in the cavity. The switch assembly includes first and second fixed contacts received in the cavity and a movable contact movable within the cavity between a mated position and an unmated position. The movable contact engages the first and second fixed contacts to electrically connect the first and second fixed contacts in the mated position. The switch assembly includes a coil assembly in the cavity operated to move the movable contact between the unmated position and the mating position. The contactor includes a heat transfer device coupled to the housing. The heat transfer device is thermally coupled to the first fixed contact and the second fixed contact to dissipate heat from the first fixed contact and the second fixed contact.

    Abstract: A high voltage diagnostic connector includes a housing holding a positive terminal, a negative terminal and a ground terminal with a cover removably coupled to the housing. An HVIL assembly is in the housing having a HVIL contacts and an HVIL shunt. An HVIL switch is held by the housing including a shunt actuator operably coupled to the HVIL shunt to position the HVIL shunt in an un-shunted position to open an HVIL circuit when in the primary position and in a shunted position to close the HVIL circuit when in the secondary position. The shunt actuator is movable between the primary position and the secondary position when testing the positive terminal, the negative terminal and the ground terminal with the testing device during diagnostic testing of the high voltage diagnostic connector.
