    Abstract: A halogen-free flame-retardant polyamide (PA) composite includes the following components in parts by weight: 20 to 50 parts of an aliphatic PA, 10 to 30 parts of an aromatic PA, 20 to 30 parts of a halogen-free flame retardant, 10 to 50 parts of a glass fiber, 1 to 5 parts of a char-forming agent, and 0 to 5 parts of an additive, where the aromatic PA is at least one selected from the group consisting of PA66/6T, PA MXD6, and PA6T/6I and the char-forming agent is at least one selected from the group consisting of dipentaerythritol (DPE) and tripentaerythritol (TPE). In the halogen-free flame-retardant PA composite, the aromatic PA itself has high-temperature resistance and aging resistance and exhibits a synergistic effect with a dense carbon layer formed by the char-forming agent during aging. The present disclosure discloses a preparation method of the halogen-free flame-retardant PA composite.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a rigid-flexible coupling mechanism with variable rod length for fibre bundle tension control. In the transmitting process, the fibre bundle passes through the front guide roller, the tension regulating roller and the back guide roller sequentially. The front and back guide rollers have fixed positions, while the tension regulating roller has an adjustable position to regulate the fibre bundle tension. The invention uses the variable rod length rigid-flexible coupling mechanism with a combination of a servo motor and an electric actuator in a dual drive control mode, which can choose to use either a four-rod fixed length mechanism or a five-rod variable length mechanism to regulate the tension under different working conditions. This provides a more flexible control method, increases the regulating range of fibre bundle tension, improves the system response speed and regulation accuracy, and effectively avoids the wear of fibre bundle caused by tension fluctuations.

    Abstract: Processes and systems for forming olefins and aromatics from naphtha. The process includes introducing a naphtha feed stream to an adsorption unit, the adsorption unit comprising an adsorbent. N-paraffins are adsorbed from the naphtha feed stream to the adsorbent, and an iso-paraffin stream is removed from the adsorption unit. A desorbent stream is introduced into the adsorption unit, the desorbent stream comprising a desorbent, and the n-paraffins are removed from the adsorbent with the desorbent, thereby forming desorbed bottoms. The n-paraffins are collected from the desorbed bottoms, thereby forming an n-paraffin stream. The the n-paraffin stream is introduced to a steam cracking unit, and olefins and aromatics are formed from the n-paraffin stream in the steam cracking unit.
