The LiDAR includes multiple lasers and multiple detectors to form multiple channels, and the detection method includes: performing detection by group for all channels, where the detection includes: emitting, by a laser, an optical signal, receiving, by a detector, an echo signal reflected by an obstacle, and determining detection information on the obstacle based on the echo signal; emitting, by each group of lasers, light in parallel; a single detection of each channel including a first sub-detection and a second sub-detection; and correspondingly changing a light-emitting strategy of a laser of a parallel light-emitting channel in at least one of the second sub-detection or a first sub-detection of a subsequent round based on an echo signal in the first sub-detection. Solutions of embodiments of this disclosure can reduce crosstalk between parallel light-emitting channels and improve detection quality.

    Abstract: The instant invention provides a deblocking double-layer chromatography and cassette for isolating nucleic acids from liquid biopsy samples such as urine with large sample volumes, small nucleic acid sizes, and low nucleic acid concentrations. Compared with the prior art of Ding et al. (U.S. Pat. No. 9,163,230) which proved the principle of double-layer chromatography comprising a positively charged DEAE membrane and a silica membrane, we further explored and optimized the membrane compositions and solution compositions for plasma and urine samples. More importantly, we set up a “deblocking” mechanism to overcome a “blocking” problem that the membrane is blocked by solid particles in the plasma and urine samples, thus greatly increasing its flowability. In addition, it omits a pre-filtering step, thus particularly suitable for its automation.

In response to receiving an activity log, a machine learning-based activity monitor may parse the activity log into segments, generate event objects from a segment of the activity log, encode the event objects, and then reconstruct the event objects based on decoding the encoded event objects. The encoding and decoding may be performed based on a model that was trained using training data with no known malicious activity. The event objects may comprise at least two or more event defining characteristics and an event count. By comparing the reconstructed event objects to corresponding initial versions of the event objects, the machine learning-activity monitor may determine an anomaly score and may provide an indication of events determined to be anomalous based on the score.
