The method includes: fusing traditional methods with a parameter line detection and verification model of structural semantics of a Transformer; and establishing a geometric primitive half-plane search method guided by the direction of structural information. The method also includes establishing a neighborhood greedy expansion algorithm based on a geometric primitive model; and optimizing geometric primitive poses and boundaries one by one.     Abstract: The method of the present invention includes cutting out a umbilical cord segment; filling the vessel of the umbilical cord segment with 0.01-0.5% collagenase solution; sealing both ends of the umbilical cord segment and maintaining it at a temperature of 37° C. for at least 15-45 minutes; wash the vessel with balanced normal saline solution; fill the vessel with a new 0.01-0.5% collagenase solution; seal both ends of the umbilical cord and incubate at 37° C. for at least 25-65 minutes; and equilibrate The vessel is washed with saline solution, the washed liquid is centrifuged, and the resulting pellet is incubated in a selective environment. The present invention allows to increase the yield and purity of obtained mesenchymal stem cell cultures and in some cases can reduce the time required to obtain mesenchymal stem cells.

Here we describe a chemical approach that dramatically improves (>200 fold) the efficiency of iPSC generation from human fibroblasts, within seven days of treatment. This will provide a basis for developing safer, more efficient, non-viral methods for reprogramming human somatic cells.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a ground motion intensity measure optimization method for seismic response prediction. The method includes the following steps: (1) building a building damage database; (2) optimizing ground motion intensity measures; (3) constructing a machine learning model; and (4) predicting damage states. According to the method, a combination of optimal ground motion intensity measures is selected by an elastic-net algorithm, wherein the efficiency and practicability in a current selection criterion are updated based on the goodness of fit and regression coefficient of the elastic-net model, thereby avoiding an assumption that intensity measures and structure response need to obey a logarithmic linear relationship and the limitation of intensity measure dimensions in traditional methods. By using the combination of optimal ground motion intensity measures as input variables, the prediction accuracy can be remarkably improved, and meanwhile the number of samples required is reduced.
