    Abstract: Disclosed are a new silicone cold-extrusion lamp belt and its manufacturing method. The manufacturing method includes the following steps. S10: Select a PCB and use the PCB as a substrate. S20: Set LED lamp bead spot-welding units arranged in an array formed on the substrate to obtain a target board. S30: Extrude a slurry which is formed by a food-grade silicone and coat the slurry on an outer surface of the target board to form a lamp skin. S40: Cut the target board into at least one lamp belt substrate. S50: Heat and bake the lamp belt substrate to obtain a lamp belt. This disclosure has the advantages of feasible design, low manufacturing cost, high resistance on cracking, wearing, yellowing, high/low temperature, good fire resistance, environmental friendly and harmless to human safety, high transparency, high light emitting efficiency of the lamp, and applicable for indoor/outdoor lamp belts.

The high-reflectivity reflector manufacturing method includes (A) preparing at least one micro foaming reflection plate processed with an anti-UV process; (B) performing a preheat process of the micro foaming reflection plate; (C) performing a heating process of the micro foaming reflection plate after being processed by the preheat process to soften the micro foaming reflection plate; (D) performing a hot pressing process to the softened micro foaming reflection plate to form a required shape of the reflector; and (E) cooling the reflector to obtain a high-reflectivity reflector. The present disclosure significantly improves the light reflectivity up to 95%˜99% as well as improving the lamp brightness.

The wavelength converting structure comprises the following: a substrate, and a wavelength converting coating which is deposited on the substrate and comprises: (a) a phosphor powder which can be excited by UVC; and (b) an anti-UVC adhesive, wherein the thickness of the wavelength converting coating is 2 to 10 times the average particle size of the phosphor powder and the amount of the phosphor powder in the wavelength converting coating conforms to at least one of the following requirements: (i) the phosphor powder should be about 30% to 85% by volume of the wavelength converting coating based on the total volume of the phosphor powder and the adhesive; and (ii) the weight ratio of the phosphor powder to the adhesive should range from 1:1 to 20:1. The wavelength converting coating can effectively convert UVC to visible light to provide a visible light source with a high surface area.
