  • Publication number: 20250095992
Abstract: To manufacture a MOSFET device, first, a patterned mask is utilized to implant first ions, to form a well region in which diffusion is not easy. Then, the patterned mask and spacers on its sidewalls are utilized to implant second ions in self-alignment with a source region. Further, the characteristic that the second ions are easier to diffuse than the first ions is utilized to form a semi-superjunction located at a bottom of the well region and connected to the bottom of the well region. The semi-superjunction effectively expands a junction depth of the well region, so that a withstand voltage of the device is increased to achieve high-conduction performance of the device, and also shifts a peak of electric field strength below a gate oxide layer to below the well region, so that the electric field strength below the gate oxide layer is effectively reduced and is more uniform.

  • Publication number: 20250013030
Abstract: The application provides a multi-mode handheld optical device. A visible light assembly includes at least one visible light imaging module, which includes, arranged in sequence, an objective lens group and a beamsplitter. When a laser ranging mode is turned on, a laser reflected back by a detection target is received by the objective lens group and travels along the corresponding visible light path, and is subjected to separation by the beamsplitter to deviate from the corresponding visible light path for use in calculation of distance information of the detection target to be displayed on a display module. When an infrared mode is turned on, the infrared assembly collects an infrared light of the target field of view for conversion into an infrared image to be displayed on the display module. The distance information and/or the infrared image displayed on the display module finally fuse with the visible light image.

  • Patent number: 12046133
Abstract: A detection method of key road-sections based on Ricci flow is provided and includes: building a weighted road network according to static road network data and actual traffic flow data; calculating initial values of Olivier Ricci curvature at different times; obtaining a weight system of making edges of the weighted road network be with a same value of Olivier Ricci curvature by a Ricci flow iterative process; and calculating direction and degree of weight change of each of the edges corresponding to road-sections, and setting a threshold to extract key road-sections. The method solves problems that the existing methods analyze the key road-sections from the topological structure of the road network without fully considering the actual distribution and transmission characteristics of the traffic flow in the network, is simple and easy; and the detection result more meet the traffic distribution and the flow of the actual road-sections.

  • Publication number: 20230316159
Abstract: This disclosure describes an airport priority matching system that can utilize computer implemented models to dynamically match provider devices and priority requester devices in response to time priority airport transportation requests. In particular, in one or more embodiments the airport priority matching system identifies, utilizing global positioning data, provider devices within an airport boundary region and determines time metrics relative to an airport pickup location and/or a ranking order corresponding to an airport provider device tiered staging location. Moreover, prior to receiving a time priority airport transportation request, the airport priority matching system reserves a set of provider devices for airport time priority services based on the plurality of time metrics and/or the ranking order.

  • Patent number: 11600758
Abstract: The present invention discloses an asymmetrical PN junction thermoelectric couple structure and its parameter determination method. By changing the structural parameters of p-type semiconductor or n-type semiconductor, the current generated by p-type semiconductor is equal to the current generated by the n-type semiconductor, so that the high-efficiency output of PN junction thermoelectric couple can be realized. Meanwhile, the present invention provides a method for determining the parameters of PN junction based on the numerical solution method. Finally, the optimal size parameters of PN junction are obtained.

  • Patent number: 11175050
Abstract: A heater includes a body, a burner assembly, a gas tank, and a reflecting plate. The burner assembly is installed on the body. The gas tank is arranged in the body and directly below the burner assembly, and has an interface end connected to a fuel inlet end of the burner assembly via a valve. The reflecting plate is installed in the body and located between the burner assembly and the gas tank. The reflecting plate prevents heat coming from a bottom portion of a burner of the burner assembly from being radiated directly to the interface end of the gas tank and allows heat coming from around the burner to be radiated to a periphery of the interface end of the gas tank and heat the gas tank.
