    Abstract: The invention provides a 7-ethyl-10-hydroxycamptothecin drug precursor with fluorescence activity and a preparation method and use thereof. The method involves that a carboxyl group of a boron dipyrromethene dye molecule is condensed with a hydroxyl group at the 10 position of 7-ethyl-10-hydroxycamptothecin, yielding a 7-ethyl-10-hydroxy-camptothecin drug precursor (BDP-SN38) with fluorescent activity. BDP-SN38 shows good solubility and stability in most pharmaceutically acceptable solvents. Compared with SN38, BDP-SN38 exhibits comparable antitumor activity, has high tumor uptake capacity, and produces strong green fluorescence with the excitation of visible light, thus providing fluorescence-guided bioimaging and further treatment of residual tumors after drug treatment, and having good application prospects in the research of integrated diagnosis and treatment and effective tumor treatment.

    Abstract: A method includes obtaining a plurality of master sensor responses with a master sensor in a set of training fluids and obtaining node sensor responses in the set of training fluids. A linear correlation between a compensated master data set and a node data set is then found for a set of training fluids and generating node sensor responses in a tool parameter space from the compensated master data set on a set of application fluids. A reverse transformation is obtained based on the node sensor responses in a complete set of calibration fluids. The reverse transformation converts each node sensor response from a tool parameter space to the synthetic parameter space and uses transformed data as inputs of various fluid predictive models to obtain fluid characteristics. The method includes modifying operation parameters of a drilling or a well testing and sampling system according to the fluid characteristics.

    Abstract: A sub-pixel displacement measurement method based on a Tikhonov regularization, including the following steps: collecting two images before a structure is deformed, and recording the two images as reference images; collecting an image after the structure is deformed, and recording the image as a target image; extracting grayscale matrices in the two reference images, recording the grayscale matrices as f0 and f1, and calculating a noise level parameter ? of the two reference images: taking a pixel point to be measured as a center point, extracting a square region in the target image, recording a grayscale matrix of the square region as g, and using a Tikhonov regularization method to separately obtain grayscale gradient matrices of the square region along an x direction and along a y direction; and calculating a sub-pixel displacement of the structure by using the grayscale gradient matrices.
