The method includes: obtaining a portrait cropping request; performing portrait layout information recognition on a panoramic image frame corresponding to the portrait cropping request; performing portrait grouping on the panoramic image frame to acquire respective groups of similar portraits based on a preset principle of distance between the portrait and the camera and the portrait layout information; performing portrait cropping composition on the panoramic image frame to acquire respective portrait compositions based on respective groups of the similar portraits; and determining single frame display data based on the respective portrait compositions.
