Abstract: Provided in the embodiments are a monitoring device and a medical device. The monitoring device includes a main control board, a device body, a screen assembly and a connection assembly, wherein the device body includes a device housing; the screen assembly includes a mounting housing and a screen arranged at the mounting housing; the screen assembly is in movable connection with the device body through the connection assembly, so as to enable the screen assembly to be tilted from a first position to a second position relative to the device body; wherein when the screen assembly is tilted from the first position to the second position, at least a portion of the screen assembly gradually moves away from or close to the device body.

Abstract: Disclosed is a one-pot process for the preparation of a prednisolone derivative of formula I, comprising reacting the compound of formula II with the compound of formula III and the compound of formula IV The process does not need to separate and purify the intermediate formed, and therefore the process reduces the reaction time and increases the yield of the product compared to the prior art.
