  • Publication number: 20240104537
Abstract: A system for third-party shopper exit verification is provided. The system includes a store user device, a network interface, a third-party shopper database, and a central computer system. The central computer is configured to provide, to a third-party shopper device, items in a customer order to be collected by a third-party shopper from a retail store; detect a completion of a shopping trip for the customer order; retrieve third-party shopper information associated with the third-party shopper from the third-party shopper database; and determine whether to initiate an audit process based at least on the third-party shopper information. In the event that the audit process is required, the central computer system causes an audit request to display on the store user device and determines whether the third-party shopper passes audit based on comparing item identifiers of items in possession of the third-party shopper with items in the customer order.

  • Patent number: 11475393
Abstract: This application relates to apparatus and methods for determining, assigning, and displaying order deliveries. In some examples, a computing device may obtain order data identifying at least one order for delivery during a timeslot. The computing device may transmit, to a driver's computing device, a request for deliveries for a first price during the timeslot. The computing device may receive, from the driver's computing device, a response accepting the request. The computing device may then assign the driver to the order, and determine a delivery status based on the assignment of the first driver to the first order. The delivery status may identify, for example, that the order has been assigned to the driver, an estimated delivery time, the number of items being delivered, the weight of the items, and a route taken by the driver. The computing device may also display the delivery status.

  • Publication number: 20160034976
Abstract: Scroll input received with regard to content within a content layer (e.g., email content displayed through an email inbox content layer of an email application) may be used as a trigger to reveal an advertisement layer or portion thereof, where the advertisement layer is under the content layer. For example, as a user scrolls towards the end of the email content, display of the email inbox content layer may be contracted and display of an advertisement layer may be expanded. In this way, one or more advertisement layers, comprising advertisements, may be displayed based upon scroll input. In an example, an advertisement may be revealed (e.g., gradually as the user scrolls towards the end of content) such that the advertisement does not occlude or visually block the content.
