The method further identifies splice-in opportunity point and a splice-out opportunity point from a plurality of splice opportunity points (SOPs) in the first data stream, wherein the splice-in opportunity point corresponds to the splice in-point and the splice-out opportunity point corresponds to the splice out-point, wherein the splice-in opportunity point and the splice-out opportunity point are frames of the first data stream.
