Abstract: The various embodiments herein provide a method and system for securely storing and managing plurality of documents in cloud storage. The embodiments herein provides secure upload and access to the documents stored in the cloud storage, from a user device comprising a mobile phone, a desktop, and other computing devices over a network connection. The embodiment allows safe and easy sharing of documents using a one-time link or email, paper document location management and movement tracker, setting of alerts/remainders for document related activities and use of emails to directly upload documents in the cloud. Further, an application for accessing a plurality of modules is provided for accessing digital documents and items stored in the cloud storage from the user device.
