The liquid agricultural adjuvant has a flash point higher than about 100° C.; and the at least one alkyl (C1 — C8) esters of alkyl (C12 — C16) acid has a paraffinic wax dissolution capability of between 2 wt. % to 20 wt. % at 25° C. A method of manufacturing and using the liquid agricultural adjuvant is also included.
