  • Patent number: 3956645
Abstract: A controllable current source having a high impedance at a control input which for this purpose is connected to a non-fed back input of an operational amplifier present therein, while the amplifier output is fed back to a second amplifier input through a transistor whose collector is connected, possibly through a non-linear resistance network, to the second input which is furthermore connected via a resistor to a supply terminal, the transistor being incorporated in a current mirror circuit including a second transistor supplying the output current at the collector.
