Abstract: A holding device for cargo in the trunk or storage compartment of passenger cars. The holding device includes a base part that can be selectively positioned and retained in a tie-down rail mounted in the storage compartment. Securing means in the form of a pivotable flap is provided which is spring-biased such that stored cargo can be pressed by the flap against a side wall of the trunk or the rear back seat and cannot be slung back or forth due to forces occurring during driving.

Abstract: A stowage device for a vehicle luggage space. A stowage device for a vehicle luggage space having longitudinal guides on the vehicle in the region of an upper side of the vehicle luggage space, a drawer part being guided in said longitudinal guides in a longitudinally displaceable fashion, is known. According to the invention, the longitudinal guides comprise telescopically extendable guide rails to which the drawer part is fastened, the guide rails being mounted in an extendable manner by means of rolling bearings which are free of play. Use for passenger vehicles.
