  • Publication number: 20240419857
Abstract: Systems and methods for employing physical and virtual testing of products to assess compliance with standards are provided. According to certain aspects, a physical testing machine may perform a physical test of a physical product. Additionally, an electronic device may perform multiple virtual tests of multiple virtual versions of the physical product based on an output of the physical test as well as an applicable standard. Based on the results of the virtual tests, the electronic device may determine whether to certify a physical version of one of the virtual versions of the physical product according to the applicable standard.

  • Publication number: 20240019163
Abstract: A device for adjusting a constant air volume flow has air guiding members which extend in a radial direction and in a state distributed about a longitudinal center axis of the device. Between adjacent air guiding members there are formed air passages which can be adjusted in terms of their opening cross section. The air guiding members are formed from a first and a second air guiding unit in each case. By rotating the first air guiding unit relative to the second air guiding unit, the opening cross section of the air passages can be changed. The air guiding units are constructed in such a manner that the air guiding member formed thereby has a closed and curved surface at least at the inflow side. This enables a change of the free flow cross section, wherein the location of the narrowest flow cross section is consistent at different adjustment positions.

  • Patent number: 11365570
Abstract: A vehicle door handle assembly with a sensor device for detecting an actuation is provided. A handle of the handle assembly has a section which can be gripped from behind and an outer wall that delimits an interior in which an electronic sensor device is arranged and fixed. The handle section is formed with a reduced outer wall thickness in an actuation region and has a deformability that is increased with respect to the remaining sections of the handle. The outer wall thickness is reduced solely on the outer wall face oriented towards the interior. The handle outer wall inner face oriented towards the interior is coated with a metal layer at least in the actuation region. The electronic sensor device comprises at least one inductive distance sensor which lies opposite the metal layer in the interior of the handle to detect a deformation of the opposing outer wall.
