    Abstract: The invention concerns an outer door grip, in particular for vehicles. The outer door grip exhibits a handle (10), which can operate a lock disposed in the door upon actuation. The outer door grip exhibits a pivotal blocking member (20), which is normally placed in its ineffective release position (21) and therewith enables actuation of the handle (10). The blocking member (20) passes into an effective blocking position (22.1, 22.2) based on the inertia of the mass of the blocking member (20) in case of a crash, whereby the handle (10) becomes blocked. The blocking member (20) has available two blocking positions (22.1, 22.2), wherein the blocking member (20) moves into the first blocking position (22.1) upon a crash out of a first direction (30.1) and wherein the blocking member (20) moves into the second blocking position (22.2) upon a crash out of a second direction (30.2) located opposite to the first direction (30.1).

    Abstract: The invention relates to a mirror head for an exterior rear view mirror for motor vehicles, comprising a mirror housing, which is fixed to the mirror support. To minimize vibrations caused by the force of the wind or similar, the mirror housing has a partial flexibility in relation to the mirror support. By subjecting the mirror housing to an appropriate force, said housing can be displaced in relation to the mirror support. A flexible connection between the mirror housing and the mirror support permits the vibrations at least to be minimized. The mirror head is designed for use as an exterior rear view mirror for motor vehicles.

    Abstract: Two sensors (20, 30) which cooperate with one another are used in the interior of an activator (10) in order to trigger functions in a vehicle, said sensors (20, 30) being a proximity sensor (20) with a capacitive electrode (21) and a pressure sensor (30) with a pressure measuring element (31). The intention is that the pressure measuring element (31) will be acted on when pressure is applied manually (44) to an application point (43) on the outside of the actuator (10). It is proposed that in order to improve the method of functioning that the electrode (21) of the proximity sensor (20) be provided with a breakthrough (22) and that the pressure transmission between the application point (43) on the actuator (10) and the pressure measuring element (31) be lead through the breakthrough (22) in the electrode (21). The space between the application point (43) and the pressure measuring element (31) is spanned by a pressure transmitting means (50) which passes through the breakthrough (22).
