  • Patent number: 8186730
Abstract: The invention relates to a latch that comprises a lock and a closing part (10). Said lock comprises a catch (15), a click (20) equipped with an adjusting arm (21) and a motorised opening aid (30). Said catch (15) comprises a receiving element for the closing part (10) and at least one stop notch (17) for engaging the click (20). The opening aid (30) is equipped with an eccentric (40) that is driven by a motor, whereby the eccentric curve interacts with a lateral adjusting surface of the adjusting arm (21) and ensures that the clink (20) is displaced in a motorised manner from its locked position in the stop notch (17) into an elevated position. In order to prevent problems in the latch, an end segment (42) of the eccentric (40) and/or the adjusting arm (21) of the clink (20) is elastic.

  • Publication number: 20090100886
Abstract: A closing mechanism with a lock which contains both a rotatably supported latch and a pivotably supported pawl, which is spring-loaded toward the latch. The latch is in an open position when the door is open, and, when the door is being closed, it moves first into a prelatching position, in which the pawl engages with a prelatching notch on the latch. A closing aid moves the latch from its prelatching position into a main latching position, in which the pawl is supported on the main latching notch of the latch. When the door is opened, before the release or during the release, the closing aid be activated again not in the same direction as the preceding closing movement but rather in the opposite direction. As a result, the same component, namely, the closing aid, is used to move the latch gradually and gently back into its open position.

  • Publication number: 20070227207
Abstract: A motor-actuated lock for vehicles comprises a lock housing (11) provided with lock elements, and a motor (20) which, in turn, comprises a motor housing (21). The lock housing (11) has a connection point (12) for the motor housing (21), said motor housing being fixed to the lock housing at this point by fixing means (30). The aim of the invention is to develop a lock provided with a quiet motor (20). To this end, elastic elements (40) are arranged on the connection point (12) between the motor housing (21) and the lock housing (11). The fixing means (30) also engage with said elastic elements (40).

  • Patent number: 7210714
Abstract: A locking device for a movable carbody part has a lock and an interacting locking member. The lock has a rotary latch with pre-catch, main catch, and recess. When closing the carbody part, the locking member moves into the recess and rotates the rotary latch into a pre-catch position in which a pawl drops into the pre-catch. A motor-driven closing aid has a working lever and a control lever that are pivotably supported within the lock and have crossing slider block guides. The same slider block is guided in both slider block guides. When the working lever is pivoted by the motor of the closing aid, a shoulder of the slider block hits a counter shoulder of the rotary latch and rotates the rotary latch from the pre-catch position into a main catch position in which the pawl is supported on the main catch of the rotary latch.
