A business user who is not directly registered to receive notifications about status changes in a particular data structure or business process can nonetheless be provided, via a feed bot service, with a feed content item generated upon detection of a status change in one or more data structures underlying one or more business processes of a customer organization using the sales force automation solution. The feed content item can relate to progress toward or achievement of a key performance indicator of the customer organization.
