Abstract: Disclosed are a teaching method and a teaching device for improving attention and a computer readable storage medium. The method includes the following operations: obtaining brainwave data of a user collected by an electroencephalograph (EEG) acquisition device, and calculating an attention value according to the brainwave data; switching to a training mode if the attention value is less than a first preset threshold; and obtaining an EEG feature of the user during training, and outputting and displaying an animation effect corresponding to the EEG feature to adjust the user's attention.
