  • Patent number: 10141820
Abstract: Method for removing U-shaped winding elements for an electromagnetically excitable core of an electric rotation machine from a setting tool, wherein the U-shaped winding elements are set and are initially located in the setting tool, wherein in one step the winding elements are partially lifted out from the setting tool, so that parts of rod sections of the winding elements are freely accessible from the outside, characterized in that the winding elements are removed from the setting tool by means of a removal device, by gripping the rod sections.

  • Patent number: 5493162
Abstract: A pole core with pole lips serves for fixing a field winding in the pole housing of a direct current motor. The pole core has a central pole body mountable on an inner side of the pole housing. The pole lips are formed of one piece with the central pole body and are resiliently and springily connected to the central pole body, so that the field coil can be pressed against the pole housing in an elastic springy manner without additional spring elements, so that no damage occurs to the insulating coat of the coil.

  • Patent number: 5073071
Abstract: A shaft stop bushing (1) is proposed which is retained in a given position on a shaft (6) by means of a radially resilient stop ring (12). The stop bushing (1) has a longitudinal bore (4) with two circular grooves (7 and 11) of different diameters, between which a funnel-shaped section (10) is formed. The stop ring (12) is inserted in the larger groove (11) so that stops bushing (1) and stop ring (12) form a pre-assembled subassembly (1, 12). The preassembled subassembly (1, 12) can be slid onto the shaft (6) by a simple automatized process without the stop ring (12) touching the shaft (6). The stop ring (12) is retained in its axial position relative to an annular groove (16) of the shaft (6) and is pressed into the annular groove (16) by the stop bushing (1) upon further axial movement of the stop bushing. The entry funnel-shaped section (10) presses the stop ring (12) until, in the assembled state, the smaller-diameter circular groove (7) engages over the stop ring (12).

  • Patent number: 5015904
Abstract: A multiple stator for an electrical machine includes an excitation winding (5) assembled of a plurality of compound coil members (6) each including a main winding element (8, 9) and a shunt winding element (7). All shunt winding elements (13-16) are made in a single winding operation from a continuous insulated wire (46) wound on winding formers (18-21) created by folding perforated parts of a band-shaped support (17) whereby openings matching the cross-section of respective poles result in the band material. The band-shaped support is provided with notches for anchoring the ends of respective winding elements. The support is arched to match the inner wall of a stator and inserted into the housing whereby chain-link shaped main winding elements (8, 9) surround the individual shunt winding elements. The poles are then inserted into the openings of the winding support and secured to the housing.
