    Abstract: The present disclosure provides technologies relating to lysosomal activation. The disclosure provides several strategies for increasing level and/or activity of lysosomal enzyme, and furthermore demonstrates the surprising applicability of such strategies in the treatment and/or prophylaxis of certain proteinopathies.
