Abstract: Systems and methods designed to capture and utilize the context of a patient's visit along with a general categorization of their personality for the purpose of identifying actions to a healthcare provider for use during the specific patient visit. The actions are intended to be used by the healthcare provider to improve the patient's overall satisfaction with their care and specifically their reported satisfaction on various patient satisfaction feedback surveys. The systems and methods also can serve to improve future patient visits through better understanding, better engagement, improved trust, and better overall experience with healthcare providers.
