Abstract: Described herein are exemplary devices, apparatuses, systems, methods, and non-transitory storage media for providing an application framework. The application framework can provide various machine-learning models to perform a variety of analysis tasks to analyze enterprise data such as communications between one or more employees of an organization and one or more clients of the organization and provide intelligence and insights for a user in the organization. The insights and intelligence can include a recommendation or an observation related to a client or customer of the organization. The recommendation or observation can be provided, for example, in a communication platform, a chatbot, or a variety of other interfaces. Advantageously, to perform an analysis task, the application framework automatically provides to the machine-learning model(s) information in accordance with the enterprise's data sharing and access control requirements to prevent inappropriate access and use of sensitive information.

Abstract: There is provided a system and method for routing messages received from any one of a plurality of external user accounts on any one of a plurality of different messaging applications within an entity. The system and method comprises one or more integration modules coupled to each of the plurality of different messaging applications for receiving messages via the messaging application. These messages are directed to a unique account identifier for the entity using additional address identifier information. A central messaging module is configured to receive from each of the one or more integration modules the messages via a common internal messaging protocol, and distribute the messages to at least one more internal user accounts within the entity using additional address identifier information.

Data stores retain user account identification information and membership in groups are accessible by a central messaging module to send and receive messages. A method is also provided for performing the same.

An exemplary method comprises receiving a set of client information from a user of a second unit of the organization, wherein the set of client information comprises a second communication channel identifier; generating, based on the set of client information, a second client profile; comparing the second communication channel identifier with one or more existing communication channel identifiers of the communication platform; based on the comparison, either associating the second client profile to an existing client, or generating a new instance of a predefined data structure corresponding to a new client and associating the second client profile with the new instance of the predefined data structure corresponding to the new client.
