Also a separator of downward and upward flows of the borehole fluid with low and high-pressure passages is installed above a cylinder of the pumping plunger pair. Wherein the low-pressure passages are performed in fluid communication with a borehole fluid delivery port from an annulus, containing a filtration and gravitational gas separation zone.

A transformer is installed in the downhole unit, through the primary winding of which low-pass filtering is performed, and the secondary winding sets an independent phase. Thermoelectric coolers are installed in the downhole unit. The invention increases reliability and improves power performance by including a fully integrated plunger pump fitted with discharge valves and a gravity gas separator, non-return valves, and a coupling for fastening the oil-well pumping unit to flow tubing. The downhole linear motor is mounted below the plunger pump. A slider upstroke damper and a slider down-stroke damper, as well as a telemetry unit, are mounted below the linear motor. The unit is linked to a ground-based control unit through a neutral wire interconnected with linear motor windings. The ground-based control unit may be designed as a three-phase high-frequency inverting controller and output transformer, and is connected to the downhole linear motor through an insulated three-wire cable.

    Abstract: A claimed invention relates to a field of electrical engineering, in particular to a design of linear electric motors utilized in electric submersible pump units in an oil industry. An essence of a claimed technical solution lies in the fact that construction elements of a stator are performed of a material with a relative temperature expansion equal to a temperature expansion of elements of a moving part of the linear electric motor. Stator sections are made in a form of a frame structure formed of C-shaped transverse ferromagnetic elements (space plates) with radial protrusions. These elements are connected by sectional and intersectional guide elements installed in an axial direction and configured to provide a constant value of a polar pitch and a precise positioning of stator elements relatively to each other.
