Abstract: A terminal setting method for a cheering stick pairing service according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is performed by a processor of a second terminal and includes: establishing a connection with a first terminal via an independent wireless network formed by the first terminal acting as an Access Point (AP); receiving, from the first terminal via the independent wireless network, setting information determined from performance information pre-stored in the first terminal; updating stored performance information in a memory of the second terminal based on the received setting information; and providing the cheering stick pairing service based on the updated stored performance information, wherein the providing comprises transmitting at least a part of the updated stored performance information to a cheering stick.
