Abstract: A method and apparatus for data augmentation based on outpainting is proposed. The method includes receiving input of image information and prompt information by an image processing apparatus, creating training data by using outpainting techniques and performing the data augmentation on the basis of the image information and the prompt information by the image processing apparatus, training an object detection model on the basis of the created training data by the image processing apparatus, evaluating performance of the object detection model by the image processing apparatus, and converting and storing performance evaluation results and the prompt information into a database by the image processing apparatus.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method of detecting a moving object including: predicting an optical flow in an input image clip using a first deep neural network which is trained to predict an optical flow in an image clip including a plurality of frames; obtaining an optical flow image which reflects a result of the optical flow prediction; and detecting a moving object in the image clip on the basis of the optical flow image using a second deep neural network trained using the first deep neural network.

Abstract: Provided is a data transmitting and receiving method in which a display apparatus connectable to a wireless network transmits and receives data to and from a user terminal by using a pointing apparatus. The data transmitting and receiving method includes (a) acquiring position information of a region, pointed by the pointing apparatus, in the display apparatus and (b) transmitting data, corresponding to an object displayed in the region on a screen of the display apparatus, to the user terminal by using the pointing apparatus.

Abstract: Disclosed are a multi-screen display system and a method of correcting a time synchronization of image signals respectively played by unit display panels. The multi-screen display system includes a multi-screen display apparatus configured to include a plurality of unit display panels and a timing sensing apparatus configured to sense, outside the multi-screen display apparatus, time synchronization information about the unit image frames respectively played by the unit display panels. The timing sensing apparatus calculates a time synchronization error between the unit image frames respectively played by the unit display panels, based on the time synchronization information, and transmits the time synchronization error to the multi-screen display apparatus.

Abstract: Provided are an apparatus and method for processing motion picture and a record medium, which decompose a motion picture into unit frames and insert copyright information into the unit frames, enabling to determine the infringement of copyright when the motion picture is illegally circulated. The apparatus includes a processing unit, a merging unit and an output unit. The processing unit decomposes a motion picture into a plurality of unit frames, and generates a main frame, a sub-frame including copyright information for the motion picture and a degree frame which is paired with the sub-frame, based on the unit frames. The merging unit merges the sub-frame into the main frame according to a degree of mergence of the degree frame. The output unit continuously outputs the merged frames in time order.

Abstract: Provided is a system for exchanging contents between a first DRM apparatus and a second DRM apparatus, wherein each of which belongs to different DRM domain. The first DRM apparatus includes unpackaging means for unpackaging first DRM formatted contents into clear resources, metadata, and rights expression; converting means for converting each of the clear resources, metadata, and rights expression into its own predefined neutral format, respectively; generating means for generating neutral formatted contents by combining the converted resources, metadata, and rights expression; adding predetermined header information thereto; and transmitting means for transmitting the neutral-formatted contents to said second DRM apparatus.

Abstract: Disclosed are an apparatus for processing a method-embedded content and a method thereof. The apparatus includes a content packager for packaging a content, metadata, and method, a content unpackager for separating the content, metadata, and method from the packaged content, a method manager section for managing the method extracted from the package, a method execution environment section for securing a safe execution of the method by constructing an environment independent of other parts of a system, an access control section for controlling an access of the method for the content and metadata only in an authenticated software module, an authentication management section for authenticating the software module that intends to access the content, and a content player for processing the method-embedded content. The apparatus provides the content objective environment that can support diverse content applications desired by a user, and maximizes the content applications.
