The superoxide dismutase derived from the Bacillus amyloliquefaciens GF423 strain (KCTC 13222BP), which is the active ingredient of the present invention, effectively suppresses or degrades reactive oxygen species, and thus has the effect of fundamentally preventing the causes of inflammatory bowel disease caused by reactive oxygen species.
