Abstract: A system that requests clinical data from a patient and then provides the clinical data wirelessly to be reviewed or analyzed with a certified medical algorithm and/or decision tree. The certified algorithm and/or decision tree can provide a summary of the data, indication of severity, “smart” decision or intervention protocol to a nurse, doctor, and the like. In addition, the system with the certified algorithm and/or decision tree can provide the summary of the data, indication of severity, “smart” decision or intervention protocol to the nurse, doctor, and the like within a short time frame, e.g. within 5 minutes from the data being provided by the patient. The certified decision and/or protocol can be agreed to or changed by an individual, e.g. a doctor, which can then be forwarded or sent back to the patient.
