Example filter cartridges described which include a first end cap with a air flow aperture therethrough, having an outer axial surface and axial seal ring thereon. Example arrangements are provided with air flow inlet tube section defining the aperture through the first end cap. Also, water seal arrangements, typically positioned radially inwardly from the air seal arrangement, are described.
