The rear portion is configured to pivot between a closed position, in which the rear portion forms an interior cavity with the front portion, and an open position, where the rear portion is pivoted away from the front portion. The interior cavity is configured to receive and store napkins, wipes, or towels. The rear portion further includes an aperture and an operable door disposed proximate to the aperture.
