Abstract: A game method is set forth where a player makes a first wager to play. A control value is selected between predetermined limits and two playing cards are dealt. If the two card hand is a pair higher than the control value the player receives a first award. Third through fifth cards are dealt in sequence which each new holding resulting from an additional card compared to the control value and previous partial hand. If the additional card improves the hand and has a predetermined relationship to the control value an additional award is issued. Prior to displaying the last card the player may make a second wager to increase the amount of the award for the final hand or obtain an award for having a poor hand.

Abstract: A gaming arrangement includes a betting table, a random selection device for selecting the "Dealer's Spot" or hand and playing cards. The betting table is layed out in a system facilitating the betting rules of a new game known as Action Poker.TM. which automatically permits a player to know where he stands from an odd or no-pay standpoint after each card. The random selection device for selecting the Dealer's Spot comprises a clear plastic cylinder, having a ball located therein, a ball release mechanism and a plurality of various designated slots at the lower end of the cylinder to receive the ball when released and thus determines the dealer's hand.

Abstract: An alarm system for rigid enclosures such as cabinets, closets, draws, luggage and the like includes an alarm electrically coupled to a direct current source, an on-off deactivating switch, and a pressure responsive switch to provide positive and reliable actuation of the alarm, indicating unauthorized opening of the enclosure. The alarm, current source and deactivating switch may be remote from the enclosure to provide a central security station.

Abstract: An audible alarm system for an electrical outlet including a housing dimensioned to prevent access to the socket of an electrical outlet upon insertion therein, means coupled to the housing for insertion into a socket, alarm means in the housing for providing an audible alarm, and pressure responsive switch means for normally completing a circuit to the alarm means to activate the same. The pressure responsive switch means having an outwardly extending member for engagement and depression by the electrical outlet upon insertion into a socket to open the circuit to the alarm means and deactivate the same; release of the outwardly extending member during withdrawal of the housing from the socket causing the pressure responsive switch means to close the circuit to the alarm means to provide an audible alarm.
