Abstract: A method and apparatus for providing reassurance that a notification of an occupant's change of address has been received is provided. The apparatus consists of a first document which includes occupant's change of address information, and which is sent to an intended recipient. A second document is also included, to be returned to the occupant, which contains an acknowledgement by the intended recipient that the change of address was received. The first and second documents may be detachably connected, and integrally supplied for dispatch to the intended recipient. The invention is particularly useful for children when the intended recipient is an ethereal being such as Santa Claus.
