    Abstract: Locking devices, systems, and methods for securing personal property to separate structures. Such a locking device includes a lock body, a cable within the lock body and having a first end accessible from an exterior of the lock body, a spool for extending and retracting the cable out of and into the lock body, a lock pin disposed at the first end of the cable, a cable lock incorporated into the lock body and configured to releasably secure the lock pin to the lock body, and an electronic communication and control unit incorporated into the lock body and configured to communicate with a remote device. The electronic communication and control unit controls the cable lock to secure and release the lock pin relative to the lock body to allow the remote device to wirelessly unlock the first end of the cable from the lock body.

    Abstract: A ladder system is cooperable with a surface such as a recreational vehicle rear wall or the like and includes a wall mount securable to the surface, a ladder with a plurality of rungs, a securing bracket connected to one of the plurality of rungs. The wall mount includes a flat back section engageable with the surface, an engagement portion connected to the flat back section, and first and second openings between the engagement portion and the flat back section, where the first and second openings are spaced from each other. The securing bracket of the ladder system includes a pair of grips that are sized to fit over the engagement portion of the wall mount in the first and second openings.

    Abstract: A battery box attachable to a trailer frame includes a main compartment having a front, a back, and two sides, a base below the main compartment, and a sub-compartment disposed in the main compartment. The base and the main compartment define outer shoulders such that the two sides of the main compartment extend wider than a width of the base. A door is pivotally attached to the main compartment and is configured to close the sub-compartment. The door defines the one of the two sides. A battery box or junction box may include a compartment with a lid for enclosing wire connections and a grounding bar positioned in the compartment. The grounding bar serves as a battery ground, and the grounding bar secures the battery box or junction box through a compartment wall to the trailer frame. The overall assembly helps to simplify wiring between the batteries and the trailer.

The center section is connected to first and second slide mechanisms, and the head section is connected to first and second guide mechanisms. The slide and guide mechanisms are connectable to opposed walls of a structure. In some embodiments, a hinge assembly for a folding structure includes a center post securable to the center section, and a connecting bracket movably coupled with the center post that is vertically displaceable on the center post between a down position and an up position. A forward bracket is secured at one end to the connecting bracket and is securable at an opposite end to the head section, and an aft bracket is secured at one end to the connecting bracket and is securable at an opposite end to the foot section.

A pivot hub engages the driven gear via an intermediate hub, and the other of the pair of bimini arms is connected to the pivot hub. The pivot hub and intermediate hub are configured for displacement between a down position and an up position by operation of the motor through the driven gear and the intermediate hub. A first arc spanned by the driven gear between the stowed position and the extended position is greater than a second arc spanned by the pivot hub between the down position and the up position.
