The fastener further includes a first pin displaceable in a first region of the through-hole and a second pin having an external screw thread. A second region of the through-hole has at least one internal screw thread configured to be screwed to the external screw thread of the second pin. The second pin has a through-hole. The first pin has an internal screw thread aligned with the through-hole of the second pin.
