  • Patent number: 12264761
Abstract: A line routing device for guiding a plurality of lines, such as cables, hoses, or the like, particularly for hanging applications, such as supplying a vertically traveling power head of a drill. The line routing device has a flexible carrying strand and a plurality of guide bodies arranged one behind the other in the longitudinal direction of the carrying strand. According to the invention, adjacent guide bodies can be deflected spatially toward each other and each guide body has a central part having a center axis, which extends coaxially to the carrying strand, and an outer part having at least one circumferential element. The outer part delimits a receiving region, which is open in the axial direction, for the lines, radially to the outside.

  • Patent number: 12203528
Abstract: A transverse bar for a chain link of an energy guiding chain for guiding lines. The transverse bar has an elongate main body comprising a first plastic and at both longitudinal ends a connecting region for connection to the side plates. The main body of the transverse bar has two long narrow sides which each have a holding device for separating bars. Provided on the inside of the main body that faces towards the lines is a line-protecting layer for handling the lines gently and comprising a second plastic which is different from the plastic of the main body and is selected to reduce abrasion upon relative movement between a line and the transverse bar. In that case the line-protecting layer extends from one narrow side to the other and at least predominantly covers over the inside of the main body but leaves uncovered the respective holding device at the one narrow side and at the other narrow side.

  • Publication number: 20240347954
Abstract: A conduit for lines, such as cables or hoses, particularly in a clean room application. The conduit has an elongate, flexible casing which can be moved to and fro, particularly while forming a deflecting bend between two runs, and at least one receptacle for guiding at least one line, with each receptacle extending in the form of a channel in a longitudinal direction from a first end to a second end. One feature of the invention consists in the fact that the casing has, to the side on at least one receptacle, at least one functional zone extending in a longitudinal direction, which functional zone forms a seal with two interacting sealing profiles to ensure a dust-tight closure of an open state, in which open state a line can be inserted into or removed from the receptacle transversely to the longitudinal direction.

  • Patent number: 12085146
Abstract: A separating web for an energy chain for arranging between two cross webs. The separating web has recesses for mounting a respective compartment base. Each recess is flanked by a rigid continuous support region on one side and by an insertion opening on the other side for inserting a compartment base, and each recess is provided with an elastic tongue element for partly closing the insertion opening and for securing the compartment base. According to the invention, the elastic tongue element extends from the insertion opening to the opposing support region. One end of the tongue element is connected to the edge of the insertion opening, and the other end is connected to the support region. The tongue element side facing away from the recess is equipped with a free area into which the elastic tongue element can be deflected when inserting and removing a compartment base.

  • Patent number: 12085147
Abstract: A cable run arrangement for clean room applications, which is movable forming two strands and a deflecting bend. The cable run arrangement comprises: a flexible sleeve having a plurality of receiving channels, arranged alongside one another, for supply lines, and at least one support chain, which cooperates with the sleeve in order to support at least one associated receiving channel in a stretched position. According to the invention, the support chain forms a support surface, the width of which is greater than the corresponding dimension of the free cross section of the associated receiving channel. The invention also relates to a support chain per se, which forms a support surface, the width of which amounts to at least three times the distance of the support surface from the opposite side of the support chain.

  • Publication number: 20240063624
Abstract: Monitoring systems for energy chains which guide lines, and which are displaceable along a displacement path and thereby form a movable strand, a stationary strand, and a deflection arc therebetween. According to a first aspect, one or multiple sensors are arranged stationary and form a detection path along the displacement path of the energy chain, in order to react to an approaching and/or contact of the energy chain. According to a second aspect, a plurality of sensor modules are distributed along the energy chain. In this case, each sensor module has a measurand detector and a communication unit for transmitting outputs to an evaluation unit. The first and the second aspect allow function monitoring, for example for the purpose of a safety shutdown. According to a third aspect, a sensor module is arranged on the driver-side end region.

  • Patent number: 11811154
Abstract: A protective cable conduit for lines in a clean room application, with a flexible encasement which is movable back and forth for routing a line. Each receptacle extends in channel-like fashion from a first end to a second end. The encasement comprises at least one encasing unit, which forms the at least one receptacle for a line. The encasing unit has a first fastening strip on one longitudinal side and a second fastening strip on the other longitudinal side. The first and the second fastening strip are designed for releasable connection by interlocking engagement and/or frictional engagement, for example with a cooperating hook profile and claw profile, and are connectable to one another in a connection direction transverse to the longitudinal direction. A plurality of encasing units can thus be fastened to one another releasably using mating fastening strips by connecting the fastening strips in a connection direction transverse to the longitudinal direction.
