  • Patent number: 12254652
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for determining the three-dimensional positions of points in a target region on a patient in a reference coordinate system of a surgical visualization system. The method includes generating at least one light marking in the target region. Using at least one imaging unit to capture at least one image representation containing the at least one light marking. Determining a three-dimensional position of the at least one light marking in the reference coordinate system proceeding from image coordinates of the light marking in the captured image representation, with the known pose of the at least one light source and/or the light path and the known pose of the at least one imaging unit being taken into account. Repeating measures multiple times, with a position of the at least one light marking within the target region being changed each time, and providing the determined three-dimensional positions.

  • Publication number: 20230005174
Abstract: A system and a method for optically detecting a pose of at least one instrument in an operating theater are provided. The method includes determining pose information of the at least one instrument with an optical pose detection device of a surgical microscope or with a microscope-external optical pose detection device, determining whether the pose information is biunique or whether a biunique determination of the pose of the instrument is possible, and evaluating additional information for determining additional pose information, at least for a case where no biunique determination of the pose is possible.

  • Patent number: 10386010
Abstract: A stand, for example, for mounting a medical instrument, has a first part and second part which is connected to the first part in a rotationally movable manner via a rotary joint and can be moved relative to the first part about an axis of rotation. The stand includes a drive module supported on the first part. The module has a drive member coupled to the second part. A control device having a controller is connected to the drive module and intended for setting a drive torque provided by the drive member. The control device includes a torque sensor for detecting a torque acting on the second part and a control-signal assembly connected to the controller. The control-signal assembly from the torque detected and a setpoint value generates a signal, which is fed to the controller and is intended for setting the drive torque provided by the drive member.

  • Patent number: 10189493
Abstract: Carrying arrangement for carrying apparatuses, in particular medical apparatuses, having a base carrier on which at least three roller elements are arranged in order to move the carrying arrangement with respect to a floor surface. The roller elements are each rotatable about first axes of rotation (D). At least one of these roller elements is pivotable about a pivot axis (S) with respect to the base carrier. The axes of rotation (D) and the pivot axis (S) extend in different directions. At least one supporting element is arranged at least indirectly on the base carrier. The supporting element does not contact the floor in a first position of the carrying arrangement with respect to the floor surface and the supporting element contacts the floor in a second position of the carrying arrangement with respect to the floor, the second position being pivoted with respect to the first position.
