  • Publication number: 20210277876
Abstract: A planetary gearbox includes an input shaft configured to introduce a driving torque of at least 1500 kNm, and three consecutively connected gearing stages operably connected to the input shaft for supply of the driving torque unbranched through each of the gearing stages. A first one of the gear stages and a second one of the gear stages are configured as planetary stages, respectively. Each of the planetary stages includes a ring gear embodied as a stationary gearing component. A third one of the gear stages is embodied as a planetary stage having a stationary gearing component. The first one of the gearing stages includes at least five planetary gears.

  • Patent number: 9593674
Abstract: A planetary gear includes a central sun gear having external teeth, a ring gear having internal teeth, a planetary carrier having formed therein lubricant supply channels, and planet gears supported on the planetary carrier and having side cheeks engaging the internal teeth of the ring gear and the external teeth of the sun gear. A slide bush radially supports the planetary carrier and has radial outer and inner sliding surfaces, and an interposed shoulder surface, which bear flat upon a radial outer and inner bearing surfaces, and an interposed shoulder surface on an inner surface of the planetary carrier. An annular lubricant distribution channel is formed between the shoulder surfaces of the slide bush and the planetary carrier, with the lubricant supply channels feeding into the lubricant distribution channel on the inlet side and connected to the external lubricant supply via a lubricant supply channel formed in the slide bush.

  • Patent number: 9394971
Abstract: A planet web for connecting two planet web cheeks to form a planet wheel space of a planet carrier of a planet gear has, in the axial direction of the planet carrier, a cavity delimited by peripheral walls. A planet carrier includes the planet web and is improved in relation to the prior art, in particular from a production engineering aspect. This improvement is achieved by the planet web having at least one breach arranged in a peripheral wall of the planet web, which connects the cavity to the planet wheel space. A corresponding planet carrier, a casting core, and a method for manufacturing a planet carrier includes the planet web having the at least one breach.

  • Publication number: 20160090967
Abstract: A wind power gearbox includes two oil chambers for receiving oil, each of the oil chambers having an opening to allow passage of oil. A pipe connects the two oil chambers to one another and has ends arranged in the openings of the chambers, respectively. The openings have each a conicity with an inner cone, which opens away from the oil chamber, with the ends of the pipe having a corresponding conicity with an outer cone. At least one static sealing element is arranged between the inner cone of the openings and the outer cone of the pipe ends for providing a seal.

  • Patent number: 8814747
Abstract: A planetary carrier of a planetary gearing includes two planet web cheeks interconnected by planet webs. The sides of the planet web cheeks are mutually opposed in the circumferential direction and, together with outer lateral surfaces of the planetary webs, define lateral surface openings. At least one planet pin opening for receiving a pin for mounting a planet gear is provided in at least one planet web cheek. At least one planet web cheek, in the region of the attachment of a planet web, has a transition reducing the axial length of the planet web. The planetary carrier is optimized in terms of weight and strength by way of the transition having a rounded contour in the form of a spherical recess.

  • Publication number: 20130340566
Abstract: A housing for a gear mechanism, in particular a planetary gear mechanism, includes at least one gear-mechanism housing part that has at least one structure configured to reinforce the housing. The housing further includes at least one shaft mounted in the housing and gear-mechanism gearwheels. The housing is optimized with regard to its weight and its strength by virtue of the structure configured to reinforce the housing. The structure is configured as one or more of an undulating structure oriented in the circumferential direction of the gear-mechanism housing part and a bead structure oriented in the radial direction of the gear-mechanism housing part.
