Abstract: A system for obtaining electronic consent whereby a user provides consent through a mobile device. In the system the mobile device is electronically connected to a central computing system. The central computing system generates the consent forms that are transmitted over the communication link to the mobile device. After inputting a unique password, the user is then able to review and attest to the documents provided on the mobile device. Upon completion, the documents are then transmitted back to the central computing device where they are reviewed for completeness and accuracy. The authorized documents are then filed in a secure electronic file. The mobile device is then purged of all personal data in order to maintain the integrity of the personal information.
