The outlets of the device located on the housing have multiple novel configurations and designs to increase the effective drying capability of the device.

The impeller is rotated by the flow of water from the water source. The motion of impeller rotates one or more brushes mounted on the impeller. In addition, the water flows from the impeller through the brushes as they rotate.
