    Abstract: A two part adhesive formulation is provided that has an adhesive part including methylmethacrylate monomer, an antioxidant, a cure inhibitor, and a polyfunctional monomer amount of dimethacrylate monomer, trimethacrylate monomer, or a combination thereof. An activator part includes methylmethacrylate monomer, and a cure accelerator. A toughening agent and an impact modifier in at least one of the adhesive part or the activator part. The adhesive formulation is well suited for forming a wind turbine blade from two or more substrates.
