Abstract: The present disclosure relates to cytochrome P450 monooxygenases capable of oxidizing a monoterpenoid indole alkaloid (MIA) substrate and methods and uses thereof. The substrate may be a camptothecinoid, an evodiaminoid or an ellipticinoid. The disclosure further relates to method of producing hydroxylated monoterpenoid indole alkaloids, as well as derivatives and analogues of the produced hydroxylated monoterpenoid indole alkaloids. Pharmaceutical compositions comprising the hydroxylated monoterpenoid indole alkaloid derivatives are also provided.

Abstract: A method and system for a base station (BS) configured for sharing among a plurality of public land mobile networks (PLMNs), and for providing open radio access and/or closed subscriber group (CSG) radio access for user equipment devices (UEs) served. The BS may make a determination of which PLMNs have enabled CSG and which have not, and may transmit a request to a core network of each PLMN to set up an interface connection with each. Based on the determination, the request may either include information for configuring CSG radio access, or information for configuring only open radio access. For each PLMN having CSG enabled, the interface connection may be established for CSG radio access for UEs associated with PLMNs having CSG enabled. For each PLMN not having CSG enabled, the interface connection may be established for only open radio access for UEs associated with PLMNs without CSG enabled.

Event stream data associated with the event may be collected once and provided to a server platform via a streaming data service. The event stream data may be converted to an appropriate structure for storage at the server platform by applying a schema. The schema applied may take advantage of a format in which the event stream data is captured at the client application. This enables the client application to provide minimal data to the server platform (e.g., an incomplete record) and the server platform to complete the record according to the schema. The event stream data may be saved internally within a database of the server platform, and distributed to one or more third parties in a compatible format.

The body portion further having left and right shoulder portions extending forwardly from the body portion and curled downwardly to hook over a person's shoulders. The shoulder portions further define a space for a person's neck therebetween. A phototherapy lighting component is configured to emit a light from the bottom surface of the body portion and forwardly extending shoulder portions. In use, the person places the shoulder portions on their shoulders with the body portion hanging downwardly against the person's back or chest, for example, wearing the body portion like a cape or bib. Using the lighting component, a therapeutic amount of light is administered to the person.

Abstract: An on-package voltage regulation system includes a platform controller hub (PCH), a driver metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (DRMOS) control unit, and a plurality of inductors coupled to an output node. The PCH receives a voltage feedback signal corresponding to an output voltage at the output node, and outputs a control signal based on a difference between the voltage feedback signal and a reference voltage. The DRMOS control unit includes a plurality of switch transistors and a DRMOS controller. The switch transistors are coupled to the output node through the plurality of inductors. The DRMOS controller includes logic to determine an output current based on the control signal from the PCH, and to determine a distribution of the output current through the plurality of inductors. Transistor drivers control the switch transistors to share the output current through the plurality of inductors based on the determined output current and distribution.
