  • Publication number: 20070100062
Abstract: Fluoroelastomers having bromine, iodine or both iodine and bromine cure sites are prepared by an emulsion polymerization process wherein any iodine or bromine containing comonomers and any iodine or bromine containing chain transfer agents are introduced to the reactor as aqueous emulsions, optionally containing a surfactant.
    Type: Application

  • Publication number: 20050062296
Abstract: A magnetic latch mechanism and related process for easily and reliably performing a latch operation by moving a magnetically attractive catch plate into and out of engagement with a magnetic field. When in engagement, the latch is secured. When the catch plate is moved away from engagement, the latch can be opened. A magnetic latch for a marking system, particularly for panels covering paper path and jam clearance mechanisms.

  • Patent number: 4854235
Abstract: Hand-operated stamp assemblies include easily changeable magnetic rubber strips carrying raised reverse-printed printing indicia, and the strips carry forwarded-printed identifying indicia on their reverse sides. An ink pad is carried in a spring-biased hinged cover in one embodiment. Various embodiments include a handle member within which the magnetic rubber stamps may be stored and magnetically held in place.

  • Patent number: 4413614
Abstract: Solar heating system. A solar collector. A double storage device connected to the collector to provide coolest possible heat transport medium at beginning of each day's collection and to control collector input temperature at minimum temperature and hence maximum collection efficiency. The first storage device has a capacity for approximately one days operation. The second storage device has a capacity for several days operation. The operation of the storage devices are controlled so that the first storage device is heated first and when the first storage device is heated sufficiently then the second storage device is heated. The operation of the storage devices are also controlled so that the first storage device is used first for heating and when the first storage device is depleted of useable heat then the second storage device is used.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: October 9, 1981
Date of Patent: November 8, 1983
