The flexible shelf is adapted and configured to be rollingly collapsed down e.g. for stowage in a receptacle beside the outer surface of a sidewall of the convertible trailer. The at least one enclosure structure can generally overlie the convertible trailer and flexible shelf and/or can generally overlie a portion of the ground adjacent the convertible trailer.
