Abstract: A system for performing multi-directional resistance exercises including a handheld exercise device with a handle portion and a weighted portion connected to the handle portion, wherein the handheld exercise device is configured and dimensioned to create an exercise stimulus upon application of a first directional force generated by a muscle or group of muscles of a user, which first directional force is oriented substantially aligned with and opposed to the force of gravity exerted upon the weighted handheld exercise device; and at least one resistance device including a resistance element configured and dimensioned to compress upon application of a force exerted thereon, the at least one resistance device connected to the handheld exercise device to dispose the resistance element at an orientation such that a second directional force applied by a user to compress the resistance element against a surface.

Abstract: System and method for converting testing and/or performance data on a therapeutic or testing device to a percentile impairment score, as used in G-Codes required by Medicaid, using an algorithm or formula, and optionally calculating and/or storing algorithm or formula used for conversion on a server. System and method is integrated into a therapeutic or testing device for easy and reliable use by operators and/or users.

Abstract: An exerciser having two linkages each with a member and a projecting extension. A distal end of each of the extensions travels in an oblong orbital path while one end of the member travels in a circular, orbital path and the other end travels in a reciprocating manner back and forth. This other end has wheels arranged to roll along a track without sliding. The exerciser has foot supports each attached to an associated one of the distal ends of the extensions and has arms that move in a reciprocating manner opposite each other. Provision is made to ensure that the arms and foot supports move through dead spots at the ends of their respective courses of travel. The arms and legs traverse respective distances when moving back and forth that are substantially the same in dimension.
