    Abstract: A strap fastener of the type having a pair of loop members with means pivotally connecting one end of the loop members together is disclosed. Each loop member has opposite sides extending away from its connected end and terminating in a free closed end portion with the closed end portions being free to pivot toward or away from the other connected end so that a strap can be threaded outwardly through the loops, doubled over the closed end of the outer loop and returned through the inner loop.
