  • Patent number: 11970448
Abstract: Described herein are monomers capable of forming a biologically useful multimer when in contact with one, two, three or more other monomers in an aqueous media. In one aspect, such monomers may be capable of binding to another monomer in an aqueous media (e.g. in vivo) to form a multimer, (e.g. a dimer). Contemplated monomers may include a ligand moiety, a linker element, and a connector element that joins the ligand moiety and the linker element. In an aqueous media, such contemplated monomers may join together via each linker element and may thus be capable of modulating one or more biomolecules substantially simultaneously, e.g., modulate two or more binding domains on a protein or on different proteins.

  • Patent number: 8838417
Abstract: Methods for decomposing event information for a machine are described. In one aspect, a method includes receiving event data identifying events associated with a machine on a first communications channel, and receiving trend data for the machine associated with the identified events on a second communications channel separate from the first communications channel. Systems and machine-readable media are also described.

  • Patent number: 5226688
Abstract: An improved sheet carrying device in which a frame is provided including a lower frame portion defining a plane against which a sheet of material may be placed. The lower frame portion has a lower crossbar which forms a lower lifting region and defines a curve which is effective for accommodating a leg of a user during use to facilitate walking. An upper frame portion has an upper crossbar which forms an upper lifting region and defines a curve which is effective for accommodating the shoulder of the user during use to prevent sliding of the carrying device. The lower frame portion includes a pair of extendable arms which are effective for varying the distance between the upper lifting region and the lower lifting region. A strap member is attached to the upper frame portion which is effective for supporting the carrying device around the torso of a user during use.
