Abstract: A location-based vehicle parking system for efficiently managing vehicle parking permissions for a parking space. The location-based vehicle parking system generally includes determining the presence of a vehicle within a parking space by a parking sensor, communicating sensor data to a management server, communicating vehicle data to the management server by a permit device within the vehicle, and determining if the vehicle is authorized to park within the parking space. A communication is sent to an inspector to manually verify permissions for a vehicle in a parking space if not authorized.

Abstract: A vehicle parking event initiated promotional material system for providing promotional material to a mobile device initiated by a vehicle parking event. The vehicle parking event initiated promotional material system generally includes a user entering a parking identifier into an application on their mobile device, wherein the parking identifier is associated with a particular parking zone, parking spot or combination of both. The parking identifier is communicated to a server that determines if there are any promotional materials (e.g. advertisements) available for the parking identifier. If one or more promotional materials are identified by the server, the server then compares the promotional materials to the user's preferences to determine if a promotional material is within the user's preferences.

Abstract: A particulate material dispensing system suitable for metering seed for individual rows of a seed sowing drill. The seed sowing drill having a container which acts as a seed hopper. Positioned beneath the container is a metering device. Below the metering device are a number of tubes which are seed outlets to which the metering device feeds the seed it receives from the container. A peripheral guide forms part of the metering device. The peripheral guide is a disc of material that defines an aperture. On the inner walls of the guide is a seed track and an outlet. There are a plurality of seed track/outlet combinations, one for each of the outlets. A vertical-axis rotor fits within the aperture of the guide. The rotor rotating within the aperture causes seed falling from the container into the guide to be dragged down and around the inside walls of the guide. The seeds are guided by a seed track to a guide outlet and into the appropriate seed outlet. At the base of the seed track is a flange.
