Abstract: A toggle wrench has a first jaw fixed to a handle, a sliding jaw slidable toward and away from the fixed jaw and a leaf spring therebetween. The jaws have parallel pressure surfaces disposed at an angle of 30 degrees with respect to the elongation of the handle. A link is pivotally attached to the sliding jaw and to a carrier. The carrier is positioned along the handle by a manually controllable threaded adjustment assembly mounted on the rearward end of the handle. A lever is pivotally attached to the carrier rearwardly of the link. Movement of the rearward end of the link toward the fixed jaw side of the handle causes forward movement of the link for toggle-pressing the sliding jaw toward the fixed jaw. The carrier holds the lever and link in alignment with the handle.

Abstract: A solar heating system for heating fluid enclosed in a waterproof, heatable flexible bag held in a support which can be a cavity in the earth, insulated from ambient temperatures by alternate layers of transparent flexible gas bags and liquid bags disposed above the heatable bag. An upper weight bag filled with liquid applies weight down against the heatable bag to apply pressure on it to raise the boiling point of the liquid therein. A heat exchanger receives hot fluid from the heatable bag to produce hot gas such as hot freon under pressure to operate a turbine. The turbine can deliver electricity for electrical power for producing hydrogen and oxygen gases, for heating and for other uses including electrical power for municipalities.

Abstract: A billfold file and billfold assembly comprising, a billfold, the billfold when completely unfolded having forward and rearward walls which are longer from left to right than from top to bottom, a panel assembly inside the billfold and having panels receiving bills therebetween, the panels each being of a length less than half the length of the billfold and of a length less than five inches so as to be substantially less than the length of a common U.S. currency bill, and means attaching the panels together in a manner permitting bills to be inserted therebetween.

Abstract: A billfold file for receiving currency bills having panels of flexible material attached together at portions of the panels which are substantially spaced toward one end of the panels from a center thereof, the panels each being free of any connection to any other panel at the oppsite end-half of said panel assembly from the attaching means and also free of any connection at the center of the panel assembly for ease of folding.

A master plate adapted to bend with the billfold and having left and right retainers off-set from one side thereof and providing edges around which the inwardly turned ends of a plurality of parallel panels are disposed, the panels being semi-rigid and adapted to be disposed with broad bill engaging central portions arranged in parallelism with the master plate for receiving currency bills therebetween, the panels bearing bill denomination indicia.
