    Abstract: A food and/or beverage tray includes a tray body portion having an upper surface and a lower surface, a first portion of the lower surface of the tray body portion configured to rest on the forearm of the user, a second portion of the lower surface of the tray body portion configured to rest on the hand of the user; a notch provided in a first end of the tray body portion, the notch configured to receive a cross-sectional portion of an arm of the user near the elbow; and at least one finger aperture disposed through the tray body portion, the at least one finger aperture configured to accommodate a finger of the hand of the user, the at least one finger aperture being located proximate to a second end of the tray body portion that is disposed generally opposite to the first end of the tray body portion.
